My wife and I were looking at different companies to replace our 25 year old Lennox system and were weren't exactly sure whether to go with another Lennox system or another brand in the market. First after reading and doing a month worth of due diligence on Trane HVAC system we ultimately decided on Trane and contacted at least 3 local companies specialized in Trane equipment. We then experienced the full gamut of sales and various quotes to replace not only the ac and heating system but also to remove the duct works and asbestos. We came out mostly impressed with Comfort Climate Control in addressing all our concerns and the genuine care in carrying out and executing all aspects of the job (asbestos removal, city permit, certification, rebates. Found this company at the Fair, talked to the rep. for a few minutes and decided to have them give me a quote, Mark was on time, very informative, submitted the quote right away, we liked what we saw and hired them, crew was very professional and as nice as can be, helped us out with an electrical issue, fixed some issues on our existing units, left the work area spotless, couldn't be happier with the overall experience with Climate Control, they have been hired to do ALL the maintenance at our shop and our homes.

We used Comfort Climate Control for the redo of our air conditioning/heating system with a Trane unit and are very happy with our decision. They were very knowledgeable and proficient from the start. We had one minor issue with air balancing and they were prompt in taking care of the situation to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.
